At Bubblegum Head Wood Works LLC, each flag is more than just a piece of décor.

It is a handcrafted tribute to patriotism, service, and individuality. Every flag is made by hand, and no two are ever exactly alike.

The stars are carefully carved one by one using a Dremel, giving each constellation a truly personal touch.

Creating our signature wavy flags takes 8 to 10 hours of focused craftsmanship. Each wave is shaped with care, adding movement and depth that make the wood feel alive.

There are no templates or shortcuts. Just patience, pride, and a deep respect for the craft.

The natural grain, the burn patterns, and the hand-carved curves come together to create a flag full of character and meaning.

Q: What makes your flags unique?
A: Every flag is carved by hand, and no two are ever alike. The stars, waves, and burn patterns are all shaped individually, making each flag a one-of-a-kind work of art.

Q: What sizes do you offer?
A: Our standard flag size is 19x37 inches. We offer both flat and wavy versions. Custom sizes are available upon request.

Q: What’s the difference between a flat and wavy flag?
A: Flat flags have a smooth surface. Wavy flags are sculpted to mimic a flag blowing in the wind and take 8 to 10 hours to carve. The waves add depth and texture to each piece.

Q: Do you offer custom designs or military logos?
A: Yes, we create custom pieces that can include military insignias, engraved names, unit logos, or personal messages. Just let us know what you have in mind.

Q: How long does it take to make a flag?
A: Standard flags are usually ready in 1–2 weeks. Custom orders may take a bit longer depending on the design and our current production schedule.

Q: Do you ship nationwide?
A: Yes. We ship anywhere in the United States. Local pickup may also be available.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal. Payment details are provided at checkout or during the custom order process.

Q: Are your flags made in the USA?
A: Absolutely. Every piece is proudly built in the USA by a veteran using locally sourced materials.
